It's easy to take and the capsules barely have a taste. The taste doesn't linger at all. I can't speak to the quality of effects yet because I'm new to this stuff. But I picked it because I read that bisglycinate is one of the most bio-available forms to take copper in.

exactly what I needed
I was looking for a clean ingredient iron supplement. good value, no after taste and the supplements are very small and easy to take.

Good copper supplement!
These are easy to take, reasonably sized pills to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach. There's a slight metallic immediate aftertaste but that's to be expected. I would definitely recommend getting it if you're in search of a good copper supplement!

These vitamins were great. They really brought up my copper levels in my blood. Would highly recommend this brand if you ever have to bring up your copper levels.
