I highly recommend this product.
I have a lot of muscle and joint pain due to polio. I've only been taking this for a short time. (a month or so) I'm pleased to say I have already been able to tell a differ in my arm and knee pain.

Hip hip hooray. . .
At 74 and facing a hip replacement, I decided that taking Joint Support Nutrients might be a good idea. A follow up dex-scan showed that my joints and bones were in excellent shape! And my orthopedist also sang Throne product's praises.

Effective Relief with a Minor Caveat
After trying Joint Support Nutrients, I'm impressed with its effectiveness, giving it an 8 out of 10. I fractured my L1 vertebrae some time ago and have continued to have back pain due to degeneration. I also struggle with tendonitis in my elbow and bicep. Joint Support Nutrients eased my discomfort and increased my mobility. However, the downside is the serving size is 4 capsules. Overall, it is a good option for tendon and joint support.

Not my favorite
I should have paid attention as a dose of 4 pills each time is just too much. In addition the pills taste like swallowing hey/dried grass (wish they were taste less). Two weeks in I feel like my joints are worst off thus will be going back to my previous Thorne supplement.
