I have been taking it for a year now and it has really helped me with my gut issues. I will definitely recommend it.

When my diverticulosis flares up this is my go to. I start taking it twice a day, which soothes the symptoms immediately avoiding antibiotics.

Now it is a daily part of maintaining my gut health. When you do not have good stomach and gut movement, and then get it back, you realize what a gift it is. Well worth spending some effort and money. Time often helps our body heal. But sometimes an excellent supplement is well worth the money to help in healing and maintaining the gut.

The product was really helpful in getting my gut back on track after severe IBS-C. Fiber was chalenging for me but this had just enough to help and not too much.

I got this because my sister said it makes your gut happy and she was right! I have always had gut issues, not anything big just irritating things, but, for the last month since I started using daily my gut has calmed down and been far less problematic. I make in a smoothie mixed with plain kefir and it is tasty and awesome. Sometimes I add fruit or juice or chia seeds but all are tasty and good!

5 months ago my son was in a near fatal car accident where surgeons removed 1/3 of his intestines to save him. He had a colostomy bag for 3 months until his gut healed enough to reconnect to his colon. His stool was watery with chunks to soft purée texture and came at unpredictable intervals. Ingredients are very helpful for digestion. Other reviews say it doesn't mix. I find it mixes easily.

For some reason, the intensity of my migraines increased on this powder.

My last monthly delievery of 3 items were separated for some weird reason AND i have yet to receive this one.
