I never want to take hormones!!! I am better off supporting my body naturally! I have been taking as directed for 4 months now and I have had much better hormone-related symptom relief! I do not take the time to write many reviews, but wanted to say how amazing thorne products are in general, but specifically the meta balance and reversacel together. I cannot comment on them separately, but what a difference they have made for me! I ended up with a thrombocytosis diagnosis after getting the original strain of covid in 2020. Because of that diagnosis, no physician would prescribe HRT to me so I searched alternatives. I tried the bio identical cream from an online vendor first, but saw no difference. I ended up looking to thorne for an alternative since I'd used their products before with great results(mediclear SGS). I started both supplements together and saw results the same day. Started working on day one for my night sweats and hot flashes. I suffered for over 6 months before I found this product. Not sure if it works for all, but I would highly recommend.

The symptoms from perimenopause are gone. I can have a normal day without hot flashes and sleep all night long without waking up every 2 hours from hot flashes.

I was having premenopausal symptoms and meta-balance helped get my hormones back in check and my symptoms are gone.

Due to drowsiness, I can only take this about 3hrs before bedtime. Also, takes a couple of weeks to adjust to the balancing.

I had no adverse reactions but didn't notice any improvements either. I switched to prescription HRT and that is definitely more effective.

Don't see any results after 2 months.
