I took this during my pregnancy and it helped a lot while teaching.

I got this just to take during the times I eat fatty meats, such as sausage, pork, brisket, etc., and I notice my stomach issues (indigestion, bloating, gas, etc.) are minimized.

This is a more biologically available form and so absorbs better than pyrodoxine hydrochloride.
