I have to say I love this product. I was skeptical because magnesium citrate products like Calm have never had much effect for me, but the magnesium glycinate and other ingredients really do make me feel relaxed and help me fall asleep. I like it as hot chocolate before bed. It stays a little lumpy, but the overall effect is really great.
I was surprised that there was only 12 servings in this entire tub, the scoop is huge. It also only delivers 13g of protein, and I was expecting more for a Thorne sports recovery shake product. Still it's delicious and goes down easy as hot chocolate at night, but I can't tell if it's doing anything. But I won't be buying again.

Best supplement ever.
For the first time in a very long time, I am actually getting to sleep at night. I take a scoop of this with a chewable 3 mg melatonin, and one Iso-Phos about an hour before bedtime. Just before bed I stretch out fully, along with some deep breathing exercises. Shutting off the cell phone, TV, and computer three or more hours before bedtime is a MUST. Shutting down the brain with zero thinking helps to focus on falling asleep.
This might be my favorite product that Thorne offers. The GABA in it definitely helps calm me down after a long day. I do wish they offered it in bigger tubs/more flavors, but I have no complaints about the product itself. It does what it says it will do.
Taste delicious! I enjoy drinking this as a night cap. Just wish it was more concentrated with more than 12 servings.
Love this stuff - the effects for sleep - the taste in hot water before bed as an enjoyable hot chocolate - those are the pros. The cons - YIKES! The cost! $49 for 12 servings? Did not notice until I saw the giant scoop, then the label's # of servings. I think I will take only on those nights after a heavy weightlifting session. Getting Thorne's Magnesium Bisglycinate and PharmaGABA to take on alternate nights for sleep. Another con - does not dissolve well, even in hot water.
Fifty-four dollars for TWELVE servings? I am very disappointed in the price point of this product based on the amount of protein per serving. I could purchase the sleep ingredients and the protein for a 30-day serving for half the price. I'm disappointed. I WAS going to buy this product, but not after looking at the number of servings :0
