I feel this product lives up to its top reviews that other customers have written. I feel a difference in my energy. I know our water and foods have amounts of heavy metals and I feel the need to try to help remove what I can from my body. Selenium also helps brain function. It's worth buying.

After being sick and on antibiotics for way too long— my naturopathic doctor put me on selenium and he recommended the Thorne brand — I do believe this has been the single most supplement that has kept me well for quite some time ( several years) — if you are immune compromised it would help you greatly to check this out !!!

The supplement was good but, I think I will stick to the 2 a day multivitamin as it already has that amount of selenium along with a lot of other very minimal important vitamins and minerals.

I purchased this products with the hope that it will help my thyroid and I won't have to go on a prescription drug.

I will say this about them: My doctor recommends them. However, amounts are too small. I hate wasting so many small plastic bottles. Get larger sizes please.
