It's PAL. It won't play on dvd players in USA
The dvd wasn't new and it was scratched. It was also PAL and won't play on a dvd player sold in the USA. Walmart gives no warning of this. I have bought DVDS in the past from the UK that played just fine because it was the correct region. On other occasions I didn't buy it because Walmart gave a warning about the region. I will ask for a full refund as Walmart does not warn you anywhere that this dvd is if the wrong region. Shame on Walmart for not giving a warning
