These are THE BEST. For the ladies going through menopause who get overheated, tuck one under each armpit, on the back of your neck, under your thighs....you get the idea. They will soon cool you down. I also use them for headaches. I have used this brand FOR YEARS, and they are still going strong, will stay nice and cold for 2 hours. I got ice packs for relief from chronic migraines. I ordered them because they state, soft when frozen. They don't. They are very cold, and stay cold for quite some time. But they are very stiff! If you want these to lay across your forehead they won't.
