Absolutely love these the covers are comfortable and washable plus they fit well in a bra when sore from milk coming in.

These were a lifesaver after my hysterectomy. i used the nonstop the first 4 days post op and highly recommend them.

Though these were marketed as postpartum, etc . . . I use them over my eyes as a wet heat for dry eyes. Getting the right heat temp can be tricky, but the heat lasts through the 5 - 10 minutes I need it. I thought I might be able to use these for my shoulders / neck, but they just didn't bend enough to conform to the areas so I abandoned that idea. I think they might work well as eye treatments when cold is needed - I'm just not sure about molding it for that area. A string may need to be attached to keep it from slipping off the face. Perhaps under or over an eye mask. With heat it becomes more malleable so it stays put. For sore chests, these could be slipped into a bralette for some comfort and relief. Even though they're not the ideal shape for that region, with a covering holding them in place they can curve into a needed shape. I recently acquired tenosynovitis in my thumb and wrist and have used these to alter heat and cold as I'm working. The covers are easy to slip on and off, and the drawstring back to keep them in is a nice touch.

I was impressed with the build quality and comfort of these hot/cold packs. Their compact sizing make it easy to use in private areas, and are perfect around wrists and ankles as well. The pack itself has a thick layer of vinyl around it, so I feel it is built to last. The removable velour cover shields some of the hot/cold from directly touching my skin, and is hygienic because it can easily be washed. The velour carrying case was a nice and premium surprise to keep the packs together if taken while traveling. Also due to their compact sizing, they are very easy to store away in the freezer for when you need them!

They are nice but could have been a little longer and a little thicker. It's nice that they can be used for hot or cold, covers are washable, and they do come with a carry bag to put them away in and keep them clean.

I like the size and the cover but they get warm too quickly. Only lasts about an hour at most.

Defective product from 3rd party seller - ice pack will not freeze. It is flat and not cold at all.

The ice packs are too small and dont contain enough cold storage gel to make the pad cold enough to help before they go warm. Perhaps the outer shell is too thick and offers too much protection from the ice pack itself. This product does not work as intended and we had to wrap the ice pack in a thinner towel.

Order delivered to my home, but was the wrong item from a Walmart 2nd party vendor delivered by Walmart Sparks driver. Made multiple contacts via Walmart customer service %26 vendor was contacted and told they will respond in 48 hours. NO RESPONSE. Been 14 days since my first contact w/ Walmart.
