bike is excellent rides great was shipped on time and nothing was damaged during shipping. wheels were true and easy to assemble. love it would buy again

As of right now, I'd like the bike. The only problem is the bike did not come with any air in the tires and it is simple to put it together. All you need to do is put the tire on and the steering wheel as of the performance, I really like the way it feels when I'm writing it. I will update this review next month.

Great BMX bike. My son really likes it's. It does not come with a kickstand, maybe it's not supposed to. The black paint is matte and scratches easy so keep that in mind. It comes with the brakes already installed which is a plus. Just install the front tire(plus adding air to them), handle bar, seat, petals and pegs. It took maybe 30 minutes to put together. Really cool looking bike.

Great bike overall but left crank arm came threaded like junk and won't take pedal all the way so I need to have it rethreaded

I like it but not to much like the 29” I bought it the 26” inches it's a little bit heavy to pop a wheelie and it's not comfortable for wheelies well for me because I'm 44 years old but prefer the 29” the 26” it's not bad but maybe for a younger boy it's better and I go to do another review about 27.5 I wait for it, it's on the way

It not study, the Handel broke just with in one month, I am trying to return but it's not giving me option to return at store such a shame, and my warrant also not covering . Quality need to be improved

Got this at the end of June for my son's birthday. He loved it but it has started having issues with the pedal crank. It keep coming loose no matter how many times I tighten it. It's getting to the point where my son doesn't want to ride it anymore. I reached out to Kent directly asking about a warranty claim but they said to buy loc-tite. Not very helpful. The loc-tite lasted a day or so and then the same thing happened. Not sure what else to do. Might just end up returning it if I can.

My son has been tracking this bike and anxiously awaiting its arrival. The bike came and pieces are put together BUT the handlebar stem is NOT straight and aligned with the front tire. So, what does one do.... call the 800 number! NOPE- awful idea. The man was not helpful, in fact more condescending than anything. Told me that "of course the bike does not come aligned, that's how we get it to fit in the box. Now go to Home Depot and get different bike tools to fix it!" Sooo--- I am to avoid the big WARNING in the instruction manual not to tamper with the pre-assembled factory parts of the handlebar stem because it can cause harm to the rider. DO NOT purchase this bike if you want a bike that is safe to ride on the street. DO purchase if you want to want to waste a lot time, be frustrated, have your child cry, and live with "it was too good to be true!"

Horrible got them for my kids and I had to take both back and reordered and got them new ones and the same thing happened

So I purchased this bike for my son and from The beginning it was a nightmare. The delivery was delayed twice. When the bike arrived it was so easy to built but right away I notice that the handles did not align with the front wheel. The stem that holds the whole front looks to be welded so I could not even try to adjust it. The manual also says if you mess with the frame you void the warranty. My son rode the bike and said that he could deal with it. Mind you he had waited so long to receive it. Then after a couple of times of riding it the pedal came off and it was impossible to screw back on because the thread that connects the pedal with the frame was stripped. Very disappointing purchase steer clear. I don't know if the materials are just too cheap but for almost 300 bucks I hope for better quality.
