it is made of cheap plastic but is still very fun to use. I've been using it in war thunder and plan on using it on Microsoft flight simulator 2024 once I buy a new Xbox. the rudders also improve the experience a lot even though I only use them for take off and landing. It doesn't have force feedback but I don't really care. it's still fun to use. I only have one complaint, not enough buttons.

Was easy to set up, the buttons all work as they should, and the controls are comfortable and seem to be durable. No lag between pressing the buttons or pedals and the reaction on the screen. Controls are realistic, so if you don't fly then you'll probably need a little time to get keep it in the air. Not difficult to learn, just keep in mind that you're coordinating both hands and a foot. 😉 Our teenager is taking flying lessons, so we bought this for the times he wants to fly but can't go up. He uses it with Microsoft Flight Simulator. (Not sure how much that matters. ) He's been using it regularly for a month and absolutely loves it. (Windy here. lol) I'll have to give an update later on durability, but I set the controls up and they feel well built. Has a little weight to them, but aren't heavy. He tells me that the controls are "in the right places, and do the right things". The only adjustment was to angle the foot pedal to have a more realistic angle. My son has tried other controls at friends' houses, but says his is the best. We bought the hand controls and foot pedal. I know some sets are sold without the foot pedal. if your looking for realistic controls for a flight Simulator game then I'd recommend getting the foot pedal. even if you don't use it until you master the hand controls, I'm told that you'd be wishing you had it later My son is a solid critic of tech. He gave it 5 stars when i asked, so i gave it here. I'll add that there was a $5 something-or-other promo offered to review this. I've never had that before, and I don't care if it happens. The review would be the same.

The thrustmaster works great! Just like learning to fly without the added expense or real danger of flying, I like it, very real feeling!
