Thuja Arborvitae Green Giant - 5 Live Quart Size Plants - Evergreen Privacy Trees

I have bought many times from Florida Foliage (100 Muhly Grasses , 20 Maiden Grasses and 40 Thuja Arborvitae Green Giants). Every time has been great. Great product, great condition and great shipping. This time was the exception. I initially bought 12 and everything was perfect. This time I bought 2 lots of 12 (24 total) and they were packed in virtually the same size box as the initial 12. 1st time 18 pounds. This time 40 pounds and they were crammed in there so tight and the box was so heavy that they were smashed from the weight of themselves and the fact that the box was also crimpled up from too much weight in a long rectangular box. It was not the shipper either. When I picked up the box it tried to fold in half on me. Tons of bottom branches were broken off and they were also folded over on the top 8" to 12" inches. The bottom half was absolutely terrible. Having a 2 foot tree that will be grown for privacy and wind block and having no branches on the bottom half is not ideal. Anyone wanting multiple orders of 12 needs to order 12, wait for them to ship and then order 12 more so the shipper can't cram 24 in a box to save on the shipping. Had I known I would have gladly paid extra not to have to deal with this. It's a super pain to return plants so I got stuck and learned my lesson. Never again
