Thunder Cloud Rifle Bore Firearm Cleaning Wax, Multi-Caliber, 8oz., White, Beeswax, 87121A, .50 BMG

I went to a local Walmart to purchase a bottle of Thunder Cloud. I found out, it is no longer carried in the store. I used the “ship to me” feature and ordered two bottles. They arrived fairly quickly (about three days later,) and were well packaged in a Walmart box. No leaks or damaged bottles. I'd prefer the convenience of being able to buy it at the store. I may forget to order it before I am physically out of it. At least the shipping doesn't take forever.

Deep cleans the barrel very well, leaves a deep shine, and gets in the rifling very well.

This cleaning wax is a very good product. I'm not sure why it is called a wax because it is a white liquid but it doesn't matter what it is called it works great. It cuts through the rust and clears the lead extremely well. The smell isn't nearly as strong as other clearers I've use in the past, so cleaning my gun indoors doesn't leave a strong lingering order. I'm very pleased with the way this cleaner cleaned my gun.

Used this just this morning. I wanted my gun clean for when me and a few friends go shooting. This did an excellent job removing plastic, lead deposits and copper deposits. It lubricated my gun really well so it will protect the metal parts of my gun. All of this is very important to me since I like to keep all my guns clean and protected as much as possible while in use or in storage.

Saturate your cleaning patches with this product and swab up and down bore repeatedly to remove deposits.

This review is for the 8oz thunder cloud cleaner & moisture displacing lubricant by ALLEN. This also has the company name Ballistol on it if you're familiar with the company/products. It's been a good couple years since we have cleaned our black powder firearms. We heavily saturated our cleaning clothes with this cleaning liquid. It took a few clothes till I noticed no debris and knew the barrel was clean. I would say it worked like a charm. It does have a strong smell. Use in a well ventilated area or room. The bottle says it helps remove plastic, copper and lead deposits. Compared to other cleaners we have used I'd say it's just as good if not better. I recommend this lubricant.

Black Powder furearm clean up is never fun for me, but Thunder Cloud makes it a lot easier and faster. Because it is thin rather than creamy, it gets into groves an end pieces easier and makes the final steps easier. I like to take the cap nipple off and force the liquid cleaner down the barrel and out the flash pan. I like the wax in this product. It coats the inside of the barrel preventing rush and buildup. I also disassemble the trigger assembly and brush all the parts with Thunder Cloud. I really like this cleaning wax and will be searching to see if i can buy it by the gallon.

My friend and I go to the range once a blue moon and shoot some rounds. Have a glock 19 semi 9mm. We tend to shoot rounds and forget about cleaning them. This was a much needed product that I needed to clean my pistol clean.

This product works as intended. My husband shoots black powder guns and he tried it on his “problem spot” just to see and it worked! I like that it removed the plastic deposits. For that I highly recommend.

This product came to me frozen solid.Thank goodness it didn't burst open.Product came in a secure and well packaged box. After letting it thaw out for twenty four hours I tested this product out. Product performed very well. Only time will tell how well it protects my firearm.As of now I will recommend this product. It did what it was supposed to o and did it well.
