Broken mugs
I wanted to give a 5 star rating, but when I received the package, one of the mugs was broken. When I called customer service, the only option I received was to get a refund, not a replacement. I purchased these mugs as part of a secret santa gift. These mugs would have been a perfect gift as the recipient likes pink mugs. Now I have to scramble around to find another gift. Please package breakable items better.
