Thyme & Table 3.5" Paring Knife with Protective Sheath, Sage

First I want to say Thyme %26 Table has thee best little knives. I'm talking sharp. I ordered the knife and cutting board first which was only around $4.99. An amazing deal. I used that knife and instantly fell in love with it. I had to use it to cut everything. My mother even started using it religiously. Unfortunately one day it just up and walked away. I don't know where it went but it was a staple in my kitchen. I immediately had to order another knife and cutting board. I also saw they had this little knife available and I knew it had to be just as good as the other one, so I had to get both. I plan on buying all of their products for my kitchen. They're a must have for me and my mother now. If you need an amazing sharp knife that cuts everything with ease this is the one.

Very good knife. Easy to handle and very sharp. Makes cutting very easy.

It stays pretty sharp. I run it down a honing bar as needed. Good price and decent knife. It will slice tomatoes, peppers, or cheese. It does it well. But you do have to keep it honed.

made well for the most part. The butt of the handle is odd though. Blade is sharp so far.
