Thyme & Table 9" Ceramic Pie Dish - Onyx

Bought this for a family member for Christmas. The product is adorable and seems like it will last just by weight and look however…I highly recommend ordering in store. The first delivery I got was sent by FedEx and it came completely shattered. The replacement was sent by a Walmart delivery driver and I had no problems.

I bought this to match my decor. It's a great little pie dish. Easy to clean.

The box looked rough when delivered. Two out of the 3 pans were broken into multiple pieces when my wife opened them on Christmas morning. They were not packaged correctly with bubble wrap or cardboard in between the pans. The pans are very heavy compared to other Thyme pans that my mother in law has. We thought that these pans would be the same, but they are totally different and very heavy. And apparently easily broken.

I was really looking forward to this pie plate, but it arrived in dozens of broken pieces due to terrible packaging. Walmart placed it at the bottom of an oversized box with only a thin sheet of plastic on top—no real padding or protection. It's no surprise it arrived completely shattered. When I tried to request a replacement, Walmart required me to ship the broken pieces back before sending a new one. Completely unreasonable for something destroyed due to poor packaging. Customer service couldn't even initiate a replacement directly—they could only process a refund, which still left me without the product I originally wanted. Overall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I have zero confidence a replacement would arrive undamaged. I would avoid ordering this item online until Walmart improves their packaging and support process

Did not pack it well at all… Was busted to pieces when I received it. I had to return the broken one and I just canceled the order instead of waiting for another broken one to show up at my door poorly packed. hopefully they will credit my account soon.

Extremely disappointed with the delivery. Item was shattered. You could hear the broken pieces in the shipping box. It was not properly packaged for the piece.

The product was not packaged properly and arrived broken in hundreds of pieces.

I ordered this, and it was shipped to my house. It arrived shattered. so I asked for a replacement. The replacement arrived shattered as well. Don't even attempt to order this. unless you can get it at the store, it's not worth your time.
