These are great for the price. Style is great. There are slight imperfections through out but since it's stoneware style it's looks intentional. 1 plate came broken and now i have to return all for a replacement - annoying. Order 2 cases and return all the broken ones in one case. BOWLS are massive is the only down side. overall you get what you pay for and in this case it's not bad at all. i would recommend, just plan on buying 2 cases to complete one unbroken set.

Love the actual dishes. Cute and affordable. The ate heavy duty,. But it’s Poor packaging. I ordered two sets and a dinner plate broke in one box, and a bowl broke in the other box. I can’t figure out who to contact for them to send me a plate and bowl. The boxes were beat up I’m surprised that’s all that broke.

I love these dishes. Everything about them is amazing! They're beautiful, sturdy, amazing. BUT I did not like that I had to order multiple times to get a box that had not been absolutely destroyed. The first box had at least three plates chipped. The second had one broken in half and four chipped. Wish the packaging was way more secure!

I received two sets of the plates for Christmas one set had large flaws the other had broken pieces. I switched out the large flaws into the broken box and returned. I then ordered a new set, as they were sold out of sets in the store. Once an again I had one broken plate. At this point I'll just buy a single plate which my store had. Over all they are pretty but most of small areas that are missing glaze on the rim. Do better thyme and table you color schemes are beautiful but I also want good quality

This is, overall, a stunning set. The plates are a heavy/non cheap ceramic material. They have a beautiful shiny decorative edge which makes them feel like a much higher quality. Each plate also has a unique shape, similar to a certain H %26 H brand at 🎯. I was looking for plates that would have the higher, straight edge that these plates have, so i even bought a few test plates and bowls to bring home to see if they would fit in my cashier l cabinet and dishwasher. Hurray, these do! So what is the downside? Why 3 stars? well. They are HORRIBLE for anyone with misophonia. The sound that silverware makes on these plates is like nails on a chalk board!!! so so so bad. Also, they do NOT stack well. so if you're looking for a cute set to nestle on your shelf, this is not it. I like them enough to keep them, but not enough to recommend.

I ordered these for guests arriving for the holiday. I have no time to wait for a new set and don't trust they won't also be defective because the packing is horrible. I'm hoping the. Company will send me 2 new dinner plates to replace the broken ones rather than me having to send the entire order back. 😡 Use better packing. If they did I'd give them 2 extra stars because they're otherwise beautiful but not durable.

Placed a pick up order in person for a set for 4 people. Box was fine! Ordered another set online. Arrived destroyed. Broken plates bowls etc. Returned and re ordered another set. Shipping was perfect on this. Nothing was damaged and very well packed. But now the sets are different! They don’t even match the previous set. The new ones are more purple gray and the plates are taller. Not sure what is going on.

Cannot get this shipped without 1 set arriving damaged. Horrible shipping packaging and no way to get replacement. Beautiful design but ordered 3 sets and I'm on 4th try of getting 1 to arive undamaged. Not available in stores so I have no way to do it in person. Im extremely frustrated.

satisfaction- Dinnerware was beautiful as I expected. I took a chance even though the reviews were negative due to item packaging they arrived with some broken pieces. I prayed my experience would be different, but 2 large plates arrived broken. I did not open the others. Disappointed will return entire order to store. Beautiful set but the packaging needs revision.

They are beautiful, unfortunately they are packaged so poorly. I ordered 4 sets so I would have service for 16, and each box had broken dishes in it. I have contacted Walmart 3 times about it now and keep being told replacements are being sent, but now I am being told I have to authorize payment on a replacement order? Why would I have to pay for you to correct the mistake? Order dishes from somewhere else and save yourself the trouble :(
