I love these dishes, however I noticed scratch marks when cutting food on the plate. The matte finish is not what I expected but handsome. I bought the magic eraser to get out the scratches and it worked…. Loved that these do not get hot in microwave like my old dishes.

Nice Design but up scratches up easy
I love the design of this dish set, but it gets scratched up pretty quickly and easily.

They are very cute and sturdy, but after one use they are all completely scratched up and look awful!!! Don't waste your money

Plates Scratched Up After 1 Use
First meal the plate was all scratched up. I was so displeased. I am returning both sets of dishes I bought and considering taking the whole kitchen set back.

Terrible quality. Read review...
Poor quality. The gold tone band is faded and mixed consistency, some of the dishes were cracked, one of the dishes had very visible spider cracks throughout, and a bowl did not survive the first trip through the microwave (45 seconds). They are extremely easily scratched, and one plate even had what appeared to be a smudge of blood baked into the finish. Pictured is one of the bowls after one use.

Don't buy unless you want to use plastic forks!
You can't use a fork or knife on this dinner ware. It scratches horribly! I can't even use it for company now. It looks terrible!

Do not buy
I would not recommend these dishes. They permanently scratch very easy. It won't be long before the set is ruined

Worst dinnerware set ever!
The finish on these dishes is thin and does not stand up to normal use. Rather the plates and bowls show scrape marks from knives, forks and spoons during regular use. It is necessary to clean these off by using a powder such as Bar Keepers' Friend each and every time to make the dishes presentable. This happened upon first use and thereafter. After 6 months of use, I finally cleaned them up and gave them to Goodwill for resale to someone who would be willing to live with the scratches or has the time for this constant upkeep. Do not buy if you are seeking a good finish and usable dishware for the long run.
