Thyme & Table Gold Can Opener

I have almost the same one, but I guess mine was a cheaper version than this one because for as long as I can remember, every time I use it, my first thought was "Oh no! I have to use force to pry it and use force to rotate the knob to open the can". But surprisingly, with this can opener, the can was like butter, I didn't have to use any force either to pry or to rotate the knob. It's a very good can opener, i really recommend it. The gold part makes it look have style and chic but it was barely noticeable, thus a little bit plain. I wish there were some gold decorations like small waves, leaves at each endings of the handle.

The Thyme and Table can opener is a nice black color with gold accents. It glides smoothly when opening cans. The turn knob is large and easy to turn. The can opener is also a bottle opener. The can opener is made of good quality and should last for many years to come. Fits easily in hands when using. Not too bulky, easily stored in any kitchen drawer. I definitely recommend to others.

The Thyme and Table gold can opener is rather elegant. It is black with gold trim. More importantly, it works smoothly and consistently. It never seems to snag or hesitate and leave a safe even surface after opening cans. This can opener has a larger, more comfortable to use handle which is a bonus for those of us with arthritis.

It is a very good can opener easy to use and store.It has a built in bottle opener also the sharp cutting wheel makes it quick and easy to remove lids and the knob on it is large and durable making it alot easier to hold onto . Thyme and Table is upping the game of elegance in the category of kitchen tools. Designed in basic black with elegant gold touches. Functional and yes lovely is my new manual can opener - it makes me want to leave it on top of the counter instead of in a drawer. I have never sent my sister a picture of a can opener until now and I must say it is making my other tools look a little shabby in comparison. Not only is it nice to look at it gets the job done. The cutting wheel is sharp and glides easily opening those cans without uncut areas after the first go around. The large knob makes it easy to grip and turn even with my arthritic fingers. It also serves a dual purpose with a built in bottle opener. As with all manual can openers, this one is not dishwasher safe.

This Thyme & Table can opener looks very elegant. The black color combined with gold, makes it look beautiful. Its quality is very good. The grip parts are a bit flat, making it easier to hold it. It has a bottle opener on both sides. which makes it a very versatile product. Is an excellent product, just as many other from Thyme and Table.

I just got the Thyme & Table Gold Can Opener yesterday. I have tried it on several different sizes of cans already. The knob is very easy to turn and separated the lid from the cans quickly. The sharp cutting wheel made quick work of it. I do have trouble with my hands but the large knob was easy to grasp and I had no problems using it. I have not used the bottle opener yet but it will be handy when it do need it. It fits easily into the utensil side of my drawer. Care instructions say not to put in the dishwasher. It is to be hand washed in warm water without using abrasive cleaners. Also they recommend no prolonged soaking. The main body is a black finished metal with a smooth knob and easy to hold handles with an attractive gold finish on the ends. For a manual can opener it looks good and certainly is more modern looking than my old one. I do recommend the Thyme & Table Essential Collection of products. I think I’ll enjoy using this can opener for years to come. I switched from an electric opener years ago when it got so aggravating to keep clean. With a manual opener it is easy to keep residue from the can cleaned off after each use. I like this much better.

This has really come in handy past few weeks as I have had to open the XL cans of baked beans, fruit, tomato juice and others for back-yard parties. The XL cans just do not work with the electric openers and this opener is especially light-weight which makes it easy to manipulate. The handles have good grip connection and overall this opener is very good to have around.

I like the Black matte color to it with a little gold showing, it's not to overly. I used the can opener part to open up a daiquiri drink 2 weeks ago and a little coating peeled off already. Idk if more is going to peel or what. Thats why I gave it a 4 star. It works well for opening bottle tops, not to hard to turn the opener or the handles. It Feels very sturdy. All in all it does what it's suppose to do which is open cans, and tops on bottles
