Thyme & Table Gold Chef Knife Set, 3 Piece

These cut like a dream right out of the package. Super sharp, my honeydew had no idea what was coming...by honeydew I mean the melon that the chef's knife cut super easily.

In response to the review saying they are defective . . . These knives are packaged with a protective piece of plastic on the tips. The tips are not defective, the black protector is removable (but an excellent idea to keep you safe if not using the full sleeve).

I thought these were expensive knives from BBB or Williams Sonoma when I used them at an air bnb. Imagine my surprise when I saw them at Walmart! They are lightweight and cut through everything with ease. Perfect chef quality cutting. I love these!

Switching to gold utensils in my kitchrn and these sold out in the store... These knives are sharp! They also have their own sheaths which is helpful. Not to mention, they're beautiful-exactly what I was looking for.

The blaze of the medium size knife just broke from the handle while cutting mozzarella cheese (!). The knives look really nice, but their quality is more than disappointing.

The knife I bought came bent. It lost it's sharpness after using 3 times.
