I’ve had great experience with Walmart in terms or ordering and shipping. It has been siuper easy and reliable with very little to none friction points. I will continue to shop at Walmart for its convenience, affordable prices and fast shipping.

It’s beautiful but I would only recommend this product if you are buying it in the store. It arrived COMPLETELY BROKEN. Walmart, please do better with your packaging to protect fragile items. There was NO fragile labeling on the box. Honeycomb packing paper and brown paper fluff isn’t going to cut it! Doesn’t protect ordered items at all. Will not order again after reading other reviews with the same issue

I love the design and quality of this bowl. I have the dishes and decided to add to my set with two of these bowls. I was surprised at the size of the bowl, it was much bigger than I expected. The downside was only one bowl arrived in one piece. The second bowl was completely shattered on arrival and it was obvious when I picked it up off my deck. The packing job Walmart does can hardly be described as good. They basically threw two bowls in a box with some paper wrapping. After opening the box, I’m surprised both bowls weren’t broken. I was so disappointed because these bowls aren’t in any Walmart store so I had to hope when Walmart replaced them online that they would come in one piece. I received my replacement bowl today and guess what it was also broken. I’m not sure if I am going to have it replaced because I have no faith that Walmart will start packaging these bowls like they should.

Have waited so long for these to become available to only have the 2 serve bowls broken in a million pieces just like the other ones from last week. Walmart has the worst employees packing breakables, they think some thin paper is enough. What a joke and extremely disappointing. What’s worse is customer service tried to blame it on the carrier.

Okay so this is the third time I’ve ordered these and they keep coming broken! The shipping department has no idea how to package glass items appropriately. They literally packed a glass dish with a paper on top and one on bottom. No cushion, no bubble wrap at all! 3 times I’ve ordered two separate items and they are coming to me broken because they are not packaged correctly. I’ve talked to customer service all times. No help, just refund and told to re-purchase. Talked to a higher up and they just gave me a $5 coupon for the next attempt at buying said items. Why do I keep buying online? Because they don’t have these items at any of the stores in my town. And I want these particular dishes because they match a dinner set I bought from the store. They are beautiful but I want to get these not broken and intact. I haven’t been able to get any help with that, unfortunately. They keep saying they are making note of the packaging but I keep receiving them the same. Broken! I don’t understand how an associate thinks that packaging the glass dish serving plates in a box with no padding is going to get to its destination intact. They’re aren’t even fragile stickers on the box. Ridiculous!

Sad. So many people getting this smashed to pieces. I got a refund, but it’s just a shame that this is happening to so many people. Absolutely no care taken to protect the item.
