Thyme & Table Non-Scratch Silicone Tip Food Prep Locking Tongs, 3-Piece Set

Thyme & Table Locking Tongs. These locking tongs are great on my non-stick cookware and bakeware. I love the locking feature and the ring for hanging. The tongs are on the medium size and easy to store in my kitchen drawers. However, my choice is to hang them for easy access as I use them daily and plus they look great too! The colors are absolutely beautiful and match my kitchen decor, pots and pans from Pioneer Woman, etc. They are useful for many different food items and glad to save my pans from getting scratched and damaged.

These are nice serving tongs. I like the fact that one is great for pasta, one is great for picking up things like toast or anything flat and one is regular tongs. They aren't to big but aren't a mini set either. They do feel somewhat flimsy but are still useful.

This set of Tongs would have been 5 stars; however, the material that the bottoms are made off is a plastic material not silicone. Therefore, I’m afraid to use them to turn food where the tongs would touch the oil or hot pan. The material is not thick either but I do like that you have 3 different types of tongs. The one for pasta will probably work if pasta has cooled down. But I’m including pics of the set. I just love the locking tongs and I thought this set was like my silicone set. I didn’t have any with the ends like these. But when they arrived in the mail, they weren’t. I’ll use them for serving purposes anyway so they will work fine for that. I’m not sure how long they will last because they aren’t as sturdy as my more expensive ones. But for simple serving purposes, I would recommend.

I used them when I grilled for Memorial Day and they held up really well. They didn't melt despite my fears of the material might melting, they did amazing and it made turning hot dogs much easier, they also work well with cooking and straining pasta.

These tongs are good quality and have a locking mechanism so they fit well in holders or drawers. They come in three different shapes, which helps when getting various foods serves. The slotted one is good for salad, the half solid half slotted for anything that needs to be drained and the regular one for all other things. They come in pretty colors too. The only thing I wide were different is that they may melt in higher temperatures like getting something off of the grill or out of the airfryer. They are overall good quality and I would purchase them again.

I own a few different locking tongs but what I like about these are the 3 different types of tongs that are offered. I have used them for pasta, burgers,steak and fries so far. The only drawback with these or any from my experience is they are not made to lift heavier foods like a steak because no matter how hard you close them heavier food slips out of the tongs. I like the loop at the bottom great for space saving if you want to hang them up. The different colors are pretty too. Nice pastel colors. They are great for non stick pots no scratching and they wash up easy. Over all they are a good addition to my kitchen utensils and will get plenty of use.

This trio of tongues is very pretty and versatile. Although they are stating they are silicone tipped, it actually feels like plastic. However I have the using with heated pots, I have found that it does not melt so I tend to believe them. My only objection is that they are cheaply made. One of the tongs the silicone tip slipped out more than once. So I believe they were not tightened enough. Idaho and generally speaking they are useful and attractive

The part of the tongs that are used for grabbing are plastic, not silicone or silicone coated metal, so be careful where you set them down, since they can melt. Those plastic pieces come out of the metal sides easily, though that could be remedied by crimping the metal down slightly with a pair of pliers. The decorative colorful strips on the sides also come out easily, but those are just cosmetic and are easy enough to put back in. On the positive side, this set is cute, fun, and does work. It is nice to have three different types of tongs for different purposes.

The pack comes with 3 different types of tongs and 3 different pretty colors. I’m always using tongs in the kitchen so these come in handy. The only thing I don’t like about these are the tips aren’t silicone. They seem to be made out of a hard plastic, worried they won’t hold up for long term use.

Cute set but the quality is not what I expected. Feel like disposable tongs. Perfect for a picnic, bbq and to use at a party. The variety is perfect for meat, salad, fruit. Not sure how they hold up to heat but ok for cold and cooked foods.
