Thyme & Table Non-Stick Coated High Carbon Stainlless Steel 8" Damascus Chef's Knife

I use this knife now while I work, and while I was in college, learning that it's a good sturdy knife, and the design isn't necessary, but it's a nice addition to the nicely weighted knife, and the blade is sharp.

Perfect entry level kitchen knife!! it has helped me to reduce food preparation time and its super safe as it is very sharp. Proper knife care tips should be followed to keep a sharp blade and extend the knife life. Highly recommended

This knife was absolutely razor-sharp! I am 82 years old, and was very nervous about my rather shaky hands handling a large knife of this degree of sharpness. So I decided it was, for me, an accident waiting to happen and returned the knife. Still, it is an exceptional, quality knife for someone with a steady hand and I would recommend it highly!

I wish the cover was complete around the top of the knife. The cover is not very good. Easy to cut yourself if you put it in a drawer, but the knife is sharp.

HORRIBLE packaging. The base of the knife is clamped on the packaging VERY TIGHTLY. I was almost there when my hand slipped, and I ended up with a deep cut on the pad of my left thumb. Took 15 minutes for the bleeding to stop. Urgent care stitches.
