Beautiful platter to go with the rest of my set. Took 3 tries to get one that was not broken. Bought twice online but both came in pieces. Finally found one in a store nearby and purchased. Really beautiful compliment to my dishes which coordinate with my Mackenzie Childs pieces.

Beautiful serving plate. There's been several other reviews about their item coming shattered/broken from transit, but my mine came with the issues/flaws. Very modern design and the aesthetic is get for fall.

It's beautiful but I would only recommend this product if you are buying it in the store. It arrived COMPLETELY BROKEN. Walmart, please do better with your packaging to protect fragile items. There was NO fragile labeling on the box. Honeycomb packing paper and brown paper fluff isn't going to cut it! Doesn't protect ordered items at all. Will not order again after reading other reviews with the same issue

Very Disappointed in how Walmart packs and delivers fragile items … I ordered 2 platters along with ordering the matching bowls and when I went to open the box …Both platters and bowls were completely broken in a million pieces!!! Absolutely disappointed and then the replacement order was no better. There was not enough bubble wrap or any form popcorn to help support the fragile Thyme and Table platter and serving bowls. If those items get to ur store shelf to sell then it should get to ur customers door the same way. Walmart ur corporate office need to get ur Shipping and Delivery department together quick!

I ordered this platter twice, and both times it arrived shattered. The issue wasn't with FedEx but with the completely inadequate packaging. The first time, the platter was thrown in a box with five pounds of peanut butter rolling around on top of it—no padding, no protection. The second time, same story: broken pieces everywhere. Clearly, zero care is put into shipping fragile items. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a seller who actually knows how to pack breakable items properly.

The employees who ship these items must laugh their rears off, knowing that a large platter stuck in a big box with a small piece of brown paper is going to end up broken at the destination. After receiving a bowl previously packed just as bad and shattered, plus reading all of the reviews of poorly packed dishes, all arriving broken, it's really too laughable to believe that the packing people are that stupid, so not surprised that this platter arrived broken after waiting for it to be back in stock, only to be out of stock again, so it can't even be replaced. So Walmart managers, be sure to give those packers an extra bonus for a job well done, they did a fantastic job of ensuring the platter would arrive in multiple pieces. Keep up the great work, because we all appreciate being tantalized with the idea that we're going to get something we really want and have waited for only to end up wasting our time and effort!

2 platters ordered and came with no protective wrapping and under two heavy boxes of plates. No surprise both shattered. Frustrated because the platters go with the plates. Careless packing and shipping. Not sure why Shipping doesn't get it - tie their compensation to damage returns…….. Shocked this was not wrapped or packed with any sense of care.

The item is very pretty, but it arrved in a very light box with no protection to it.. just few papers.. The box was super damaged, even before i opened the box i had a feeling it could be damaged. it was such a disappointment. it was soo pretty but arrived damaged..

Packaging was all wrong. My platter was broken into several pieces upon delivery. It is the second purchase that was delivered without any regard to how the shipping company may toss, throw or jostle the package via its workers or their machinery. This platter should have been shipped in its original box but it wasn't. Walmart wrapped my platter with brown paper and put in a large box. I knew it was broken before opening the box. Walmart do better!
