The edge slides nicely under food, making it especially useful for flipping things like burgers, eggs, and pancakes. It also feels like it will hold up much better over time than cheaper plastic spatulas. Overall, a simple but really useful kitchen tool that I'm glad I purchased!

I had a turner with a wooden handle that was splitting so decided to replace it with a metal handle if I leave it in the pan while I'm cooking the handle gets a bit hot but I'm very happy with it for eggs and it washes well
