This is a complete natural formula for thyroid health. However, if you are vegetarian, you wouldn't want to take this. It has bovine gelatin as an ingredient. Capsules are just a little large to swallow. Can't say I notice any difference yet. I'll have to take them for a longer period.

Pretty good product only issue I have had is the cotton ball placed inside the bottle leaving what looks like dust on the green capsules.there as be no side effects not after taste to be concerned of. Works well with my prescription and over the counter medicine with no problems.
