Tia Lupita Foods Salsa Macha Chili Crunch Oil, Cranberry & Chile Morita 2-Pack

Sweet Cranberry Salsa: This was delivered Monday night when I got home from work. It was empty by Wed morning.

Perfect sauces. Not hot, FLAVORFUL. My new obsession. I put it on everything!!! Yummmm!!

I have nothing but great things to say about not only the Mexican Chili Crunch that I ordered from Tia Lupita Foods, but the customer service was amazing. My original order got delivered at the wrong address due to mail service error and when I reached out, customer service quickly sent me a replacement order. I will definitely order more chili crunch and try some of their chili sauces I have been eyeing.

My 1st order of the Chili Crunch with cranberries, loved it and have shared with friends! I have used it on chicken, pork and with goat cheese and crackers! Looking forward to seeing what else I can use it on! Yummy! Love olive oil but just a little too much! ?

This is my second time ordering your product it does not disappoint fabulous products I'm enjoying it immensely this time my order came and it was properly sealed and full very happy about that I just wish that customer service had communicated back with me that is still an issue

Product showed up and box was greasy. Opened it and the oil had leaked everywhere, jars weren't broken but lids were not sealed. Had to throw it away. Very disappointed

I've been trying to get a hold of you guys to return it.The oil was very stale, and I got a stomach ache.You guys don't answer me.I am obligated for a refund and to send this back.I won't need to know how to send it back.And where to I know you got my message?Because it said red, why aren't you answering me?I don't want to ask you this way where everybody can read it.But if only I can get a hold of you

I was so excited to get my order, but extremely disappointed when it arrived!!! Both jars were oily on the outside from leaking, and they taste very rancid as if they are old. I tried 3 different times to add a small amount to my salad, chicken and pasta but you could still taste the rancid oil - I ended up throwing both jars away. I'm sure if they were fresh they would have probably been good, but unfortunately the ones I received were not. Sad : (

My experience has no been great. I'm still waiting on my order from 9/18/25. It never left Sauget, IL. I have messaged you by email, messenger, your FB page and this. This is not good customer service. If I Shark Tank email I'll message whoever gave you a chance. Send me the product or refund my PayPal account. UPSET CUSTOMER. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

Unfortunately when I got my four jars they had leaked all in the box. I did not get to try them for fear that they had been opened. They were packaged well however all the paper around it was soaked in oil.
