The small boxes are nice for on the go travel, though Id recommend the larger ones if you are like me and cant resist having a handful.

The small hard candy mints feels quite refreshing and provides a lovely long-lasting fresh breath throughout the day or after the meals, or whenever I feel like I need something sweet to chew on.

The flavoring is great, but it does not give me a fresh feeling after eating them. I would error on the side of caution when/where eating them since they are tasty, but not freshening in my opinion.
