Tic Tac Toy XOXO Hugs Plush, Pink

Adorable stuffed kitty. Very very soft. So soft it's hard not to hug it as an adult. I honestly find it hard to resist. My granddaughter asks to get it back from me. Funny but true. It's got accessories like pretty glitter wings. She loves the wings and the crowns and hats that one sticks into the top of the animal where a small hole resides. My granddaughter loves them and wants all in the collection. So far we've got three.

Really adorable plushie toy from the XOXO brand. My niece and nephew are absolutely insane about XOXO and I get bombarded all day to buy them XOXO presents. You can only find XOXO at Walmart. I got a ton of the toys for them and couldn't resist adding on this plushie. I like the purple one better than the pink one, it's odd but I think the colours are flipped maybe? because the purple one seems to be a light pink to me. The crazy kids are loving them both regardless

I ordered this thinking I was getting the koala pictured. I searched the description and no where did it say there was a possibility of getting a a different animal. I purchased this toy and paid extra to have it shipped. When it arrived and my daughter opened it, it was a cat, not a koala like I expected. We were very disappointed. I contacted the seller and they will not rectify the situation unless I want to send the car back at my own expense.

My brand new item came with a cigarette smoke smell and a stain where the fur popped out of the box. I have emailed the company in which the item was shipped from 3 times and have gotten no response! My 6 year old used her birthday money for this item, this was her 1st xoxo hugs plush that was a rare and she didn't want me to return it so I did my best to clean and air it out which meant she could even play with it right away. This shouldn't ever happen with a brand new child toy!!

Box %232 was missing the wings! Waiting to hear from the company for resolve and will change my rating.
