Pros They are very cute. Meant for preschoolers, they feel good, even in an an adult hand. All have black lead, but the bright colors of the pencila are appealing, and would make doing assignments more fun. Because they are short and stout, the chances of breakage are minimal. I often like to stick a pencil through my pony tail to have one handy. I don't have thick hair, so the pencils often slide out. I don't think these chubby little pencils would do that. Cons They don't meet the needs of the person for whom I bought them. They are a little on the expensive side.

These pencils are great for my four year old granddaughter! I like the short pencils because it forces her to hold the pencil lower. The large triangular shape is great for finger placement. Before her work would barely show up on paper but with these pencils she's able to do it.

Good quality pencils, the multi colors are attractive for the beginning writer (my little one is 3 yrs old). Good size to ensure correct grip and easy to handle for a toddler.

These are the prefect size for my 5 year olds hand. The bigger size makes it easier for them to write boldly and the short makes easy to hold

These pencils worked well for my 3 year project led grand daughter. She can hold them well while tracing letters and she loves the primary colors.
