I love this detergent. It smells fresh and soft and clean without being overwhelming. It gets rid of body odor smells from hard working men and kiddos! These are my thoughts/experience w/ this item @ the time of review. I will update/edit as needed. 👍 TYSM! 🙏🥰🫶🏻 MY ITEM RATING SCALE: 5⭐️= exceptional, excellent quality, chef’s kiss! 4⭐️= minor imperfections, quality, very nice! 3⭐️= adequate, a few “issues”, decent enough 2⭐️= problematic, over priced, poor quality 1⭐️= absolute no, don’t purchase, dangerous!
Tide when did you start putting downy in the detergent now it is so much different. It smells incredible. It gets my clothes clean as ever and the smell doesn’t go away for like two weeks so it’s very much appreciated. Very much needed very much a greater doing. I’m so glad that you’re supportive and thank you thank you for making this product.
We are older folks who don't play in the mud or otherwise get our clothes dirty so I really can't testify how good this detergent is at getting dirt and stains out of clothes, but it sure does leave them with a wonderful fresh scent after washing. I also haven't checked to see if the actual Downey fabric softener is in the Tide or just the Downey scent, but I didn't use a dryer sheet and the clothes came out soft and static free. Seems like a great product to me and on sale as well.
I recommend tied with Downey leisure clothes smelling so good soft, and the smell stays on your clothes. It just smells so good and you don't have to use that much and it was worth the pricing. You can use it even on the smelliest clothes and sweaty clothes it's gonna take the older right out. It's a must buy I mean, gym clothes you can watch with it and like I said you don't have to use that much. It's a high efficient efficiency washer it really really will get your clothes smelling so good. It's a must buy and it's worth the price.
Absolutely love tide with downy april fresh scent. It leaves clothes smelling so fresh even after hanging in closet for a week or more. I wouldn't use anything else out but Tide with downy april fresh scent. Nothing else out there beats it. Go grab a bottle and see and smell for yourself!
Love Tide! Worth paying more because others have water as their 1st ingredient. Look at ingredients and know the 1st ingredient is what is most in the product and the last ingredient is the least amount in the product. This goes for everything, not just laundry detergent. Educate yourself and spend your money wisely. I'm not paying for water 😒 I'm paying for a cleaning agent.
Tide has been my laundry detergent every since I began washing. I enjoy the ease of using it but when I see a commercial where there are stains or the brightness of the clothes Tide done not get the stains out or make white clothe brighter I sometimes use another source of brighter but nothing seems to work, I will continue using tide other detergent seems to be mostly water but tide is mostly cleaner and not water
I’m a little frustrated with Tide right now because I am one of those older people used to using a cap of detergent. I saw that they were supposed to be 21 loads in this little bottle unfortunately except on the plastic clear cap, which is difficult to see there’s really nothing telling you a full cap is four or 5 loads. I can’t tell you because I can’t read it on the clear cap. Now I know, but I’m not happy that I’m really getting so little out of this bottle because I couldn’t see that anywhere else. How about the pictures of the model stating the information large enough to be read easy Tide has always been the choice of my family, especially using it downy. Nothing wrong with the detergent, but I don’t like the marketing.
This bottle is way too small. Even the handle was made abnormally bigger to take a detergent space. This is the worst shrinkflation I’ve seen yet. At this point, I think I’d rather pay a higher price for the original bottle, than settle for this tiny thing at a lower price.
I'm posting a picture with a measuring cup to show how much liquid was actually in the bottle. It wasn't even full to two cups closer to about 2 cups it was little under 2/3 You can see in the photo that the liquid level only reached the bottom of the word ‘Downy' on the label. This felt like a ripoff. Even at ShopRite, you get more product for about the same price. I wouldn't recommend buying this just get it in-store instead.
