Tide Ultra Stain Release Liquid Laundry Detergent, Original, 19 Loads, 37 fl oz

Tide Ultra Stain Release is by far the best laundry detergent - removing smudges after one use on my clothing I thought were permanent stains from years of washing with ineffective detergents. And no harsher on clothes than any other detergent. Wirecutter gave this its top recommendation before rescinding due to availability issues - so demand that your store carry it.

My husband is a farm building contractor and my son welds and works as needed at a cattle yard. This detergent is the only one I've found that cuts the grime and grub that both of these guys bring to my washer and mineral laden well water. Love this product.

Tide Ultra Stain Release is what made me switch to Tide detergent. For years I used lower-priced brands because I thought Tide was just the same as them but with a higher price tag. Then I got stains on two of my favorite shirts and found that the "bargain brands" got very little of the stain out. Tide USR got those stains out and I've used it ever since. Now I can't find it anywhere. Why would you discontinue your best product?! I imagine the shareholders decided it wasn't profitable enough to make a product that actually works.

Tide Ultra Stain Release sold me on Tide. I am now unable to find it. I had another highly rated laundry detergent left over after a friend moved that I used to wash clothes that were highly soiled from gardening. Almost none of the stains came out, and I thought that was just something I had to live with. When I used the gardening clothes again and stained them further, I used Tide Ultra Stain Release. To my amazement, all the stains, new and old, were removed! I've used only Tide Ultra Stain Release since and got several of my friends and family members using it. Please bring it back! It was the best product on the market. Nothing available now, not even from Tide, comes close to Tide Ultra Stain Release.

I have been using Tide for over 25 years. Tide Ultra is the only Tide product I like because the the "Free" prodcuts don't clean as well and I don't like the smell of the other Tide products. Guess I will need to find another brand.

I love this product and love the smell. I hate how the Oxi detergent smells. Is any store still carrying this? Does Tide even read these reviews lol?

This is the perfect everyday laundry deteregent. Gets the job done, smells great, and doesnt cause any allergic reactions… so why is it nearly impossible to purchase in stores? C'mon TIDE, bring it back or make more!

This was by far the best detergent I have used. It always took all sorts of stains out, plus the scent was not overwhelming. I find the scent of the regular Tide (and all the various versions) to be way too intense. Unscented/Free

I generally use the pods, but the store was out of the platinum ones. So I tried the liquid Ultra Stain Release HE Turbo Clean and was surprised at how well it worked.

I follow instructions exactly and many of my items were stained. I have used Tide's other products to remove the stain without it working. Terrible results.
