I love TIDL products! This one in particular works wonders! It makes me so much less likely to tense up in pain in my sleep-- which only makes things worse in the morning so yayyyyy! Also, it smells phenomenal, it's calming and almost sweet so not distracting for bedtime.

I have been in need of an item like this as I work long shifts on my feet and this product definitely helped manage my aches and pains! I really appreciated the 360 spray feature if you need it for hard to reach back areas. my only criticism is that the top of the bottle can be sticky to turn to get it to be able to open the sprayer. I love the addition of lavender to make this the perfect pain relief in your nighttime routine.

This spray works well and is easy to use. I like that it has two active ingredients, and the rest are plant-based. The twist-to-close top is really helpful. I found that the spray area is pretty wide, though, so it gets extra liquid all over if you're using it on legs or arms.
