I've been ordering bulk bags of loose leaf tea from Tiesta for years. It's high quality tea at a reasonable price (especially when there's a sale), and I've never had a problem with my order. Every tea I've tried has been delicious, including this Assam.

I like Assam teas, but absolutely LOVE Tiesta's variety. Loose tea is so much better than teabags.
Hearty, great pick me up. I just added a splash of almond milk-- perfect!
Deep bodied tea
Every tea I have bought has been top quality. When I share them with others, they really like them. So much so that I have been buying teas for gifts for them now. My favorite is of course Maui Mango but I have not been disappointed with any of the flavors. The teas always arrive when scheduled and in great shape too.
This is a delightfully mild tea that is lovely to savor and really enjoy the flavor as it hits you. It has an outstanding flavor but nothing that really comes swinging at you like some others, pleasantly subdued so it doesn't distract you from your work or leisure but still notably enticing.
The Assam was the smoothest black tea I ever had. It had an almost sweet smell. It was throughly enjoyable.
This assam is strong and has a rich flavor, but not bitter Or acidic like some black teas can be. Love it!
Has an odd chemical-like background overtaste. All of the Tiesta teas I've tried (all of the single origin teas) have this same overtaste). It's I will not continue to drink the Tiesta teas I have bought, nor will I buy any more. No other brand of tea I have has ever had such an overtaste. I am extremely disappointed.
