Of the 4 brands of chamomile mint teas I've tried, Tiesta tea is the best. One teaspoon in 18 ounces of boiling water with a half teaspoon of honey steeped for about 5 minutes worked best for me. The mint and chamomile are perfectly balanced there are other subtle flavors that produce a really mellow relaxing after taste rather than the slightly bitter, grassy aftertaste that many chamomile mint teas have. This is a very very fine tea!

My only complaint is that this is a small can! I love the fact I can add more tea to my tea bag to make it more flavorful. It smells delicious as you open the can and it is just as good in the cup. I personally do not add milk in my tea, but I imagine this would taste great with it. for those unfamiliar with this brand - you will need to purchase disposable tea bags or a disposable one to brew. The can is slim enough to store in a cabinet or pantry. the tea buds appeared fresh.

I have several chamomile teas from different blenders and so I don't actively look for new chamomile blends. I got this as a gift with purchase and after 1 cup, immediately ordered a tin of it. The spearmint is flavor forward and makes a wonderful partner to the sweet chamomile. I love this blend for a restful nights sleep.

Chamomile mint is a very flavorful tea. It's very relaxing before bed. The mint doesn't overwhelm the chamomile. I couldn't decide between this one and lavender chamomile so I got both. I drink it hot but it is good cold too. Love Tiesta tea.

I have been looking for a loose leaf tea brand that id beyond what I expected. This is it. The blend of flavors are perfect. I will definitely be ordering again.

This tea is great! I bought it in search of a dupe for a Starbucks drink and when it's made with lemonade it's similar! Also great made with water and lemon juice.

This is the perfect blend for my night time routine. I can really taste and see all the ingredients listed. Chamomile is my favorite tea for all times of day, but on a cold night it just hits different. Definitely worth buying.

i bought this and two others so I could try them the first time and if I like them I would buy them again to keep them on hand and keep drinking them.

I love this mint tea its so tasty and the flavors combine perfectly. Add some milk and its a great wake up tea or before bed tea.
