I really enjoy drinking this tea. At this stage in my life, I have been advised to avoid all caffeine. It is difficult to avoid all caffeine, I find this tea a calming pleasant drink which provides some caffeine when I feel the need for a pickup.
This is an excellent sencha with a nice depth of flavor. I brew 5 grams at 160 degrees Fahrenheit, and I steep 150ml per cup. This brings out a nice depth of flavor, with grassy, brothy and vegetal notes. Really excellent sencha at a very good price. I'll definitely be restocking this one when I run out!
