About 10 years ago I had to give up drinking coffee because it was too hard on my stomach, so I decided to switch to a high caffeine black tea. There were several different teas to try and I went through a lot of them, some as inexpensive as the Lipton and Red Rose of my childhood, and others from more exotic places. Now I drink my tea "Grandma style" with milk or cream and sugar as my friend says, and this tea is perfect for that style of enjoyment, or my husband has it black and says it's still great. If you love black tea, give this one a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. The mellow flavor and gentle caffeine bump will get you ready to face your day just as well as any coffee.

I bought the tea as gifts after seeing an article in a U of Illinois magazine/newsletter about the alumni that founded it. The packaging and flavors look great. I was very disappointed that the products were delivered in Uline supplies.

This is a great "standard" tea but the quality is better than other brand bag teas. . . smooth easy taste.

I love it hot and iced, on its own or mixed with a flavored tea like cherry or Passion Berry Jolt or Black Thai Tropical. It is always good!
