I have been using Tiger Balm for the arthritis pain in my knees but it is expensive so i use it for really bad days. I found Tiger Balm Arthritis Rub and decided to give it a shot. I am happy to report that it is very good. I do not need to wait for excruciating pain because it is more cost effective. I am glad that I took a chance.

If you have aches & pain like in your joints, it will reduce that pain very much. Now, it will make you sweat and has a smell to it like menthol. This is the first time I've seen it in a lotion.

This product is highly effective for pain relief and muscle relaxation. While it is not intended for ingestion, it does possess a distinct aroma that requires some time to dissipate. The scent is not entirely disagreeable, but it is noticeable.

I get it for my grandmother, who has arthritis; she uses it on her knees and back. She likes it better than the balm because it's easier to use. My mom also loves to use it on her feet and legs after a hike or a long walk.

this product really does help with relief it smells strong but it works very well I suggest applying it with gloves on to the affected area it does work very well

This ointment provides some benefit but it's quite a bit more expensive than buying the listed ingredients separately and mixing them to preference. If you'd rather not bother then this item works fairly well.

I have been a tiger balm user for over 30 years. That said this bottle was half full, so only 2 ounce's not 4....RIPOFF
