very simple and easy to use rice cooker. Have been cooking with 3-4 cups with it and rice comes out very nice. Make sure to fill with water according to the line indicated in the basin, and not measure water by cup like other rice cookers. Comes with a printed manual & illustrations, including a cook book.

This is my very first tiger brand of rice cooker. It's user friendly, very easy to operate. Reasonable price considering it's one if the good quality ones. I've had other good quality ones but a lot of functions (most if it i don't even use). I only intend to cook rice and steam food, so i just need one that is simple.

I only use the rice cooking function and usually cook 1 cup. It makes nice bowl of rice. Capable to cook 10 cups. The lid is unable to dissemble for cleaning. Residual will be accumulated on the lid if I cook with tap water. Somehow it is clean if I cook with filtered water.

I bought this on recomendation from my son. I thought I had achieved a decent method to make rice but still not like chinese restaraunts. This cooker does a great job and is as good as any rice I have eaten. It is simple and you don't need to hang around for it to cook as it has a keep warm feature. It also has a basket above the rice that allows you to heat food that the you will put on top of the rice while cooking the rice.

got it on sale and it works great for the past weeks using it. though its pretty hugs so if your a small family 5.5cups would be best. we use this when we throw parties/gatherings

I like the product, bulkier than the previous tag or model, so I have to find somewhere else to store it. Great product overall. The only downside is figuring out the digital setting, for the correct style of race and having it the way you like it. Whereas before you click the button and the rice cooked.

It was okay there was no difference in the traditional old machine that I had before. They just updated the design but basically the same. Disadvantage was the holder for spoon, I like better if they were attached. Hopefully it will last long like the old machine lasted 6 years but still working.

Kind of disappointed especially it being tiger. The release and lock button of the rice cooker lid I have to jiggle it to close properly … sometimes my rice come out decent but it's disappointing that the rice turns yellow after a while … I've had tiger rice cookers previous and this is a first Time I've experienced this.

it is as rice cooker supposed to be. a little disappointed as the rice burn a little after cooking. Also, must unplug soon after cooking. The longer it is plugged in and keep warm the bottom rice will get slow cook further. Disappointing compare to the older models of Tiger rice cooker. Need to use longer to see how non-stick pot turns out because only short and there is some sign of rice sticking to the pot. No water outlet for steam from lid so water is re-drip into rice. Would be nicer if cord is longer, this is not a problem but a suggestion will re review later
