It works extremely well. But I also use a purple conditioner to lighten my hair. But I tell you what it's even trying to turn my brown into blonde. It's like it's started its own bleaching process to the brown. It's really quite amazing.

Fabulous shampoo! Great fragrance as well. Have a few highlights that tend to yellow. This very purple shampoo blends them with my natural silvers. Embrace the gray! Tigi ~ PLEASE make a conditioner to go with it!

Actually, I never noticed a smell, so Idk what the other reviewers are talking about. It works. That's the important bit. It cleans your hair and it adds that purple tint so the red is neutralized and your hair is as ash as could be and even slightly purple. It's strong stuff! As such, it's a slow pump. That, I find annoying, but ultimately it aids in my not wasting product. A little goes a long way with Bed Head products. I would even say it's safe and possibly advisable to "cut" this with water or a cheaper product laying around, especially if you crave lather and bubbles. It still works even when cut.

Smells amazing. Works just as well as the salon brand I bought previously. My only complaint is that there is no coordinating purple conditioner.

smells great but not a great product for me. it made my hair very dry . it does help with the yellow color from my highlights but very hard on my hair. not for me

I couldn't twist the pump (like other bottles) to open it, i have to actually twist the lid where the pump comes out to use it. The longest that i've left it in was 20 minutes and it didnt do anything, mind you i got yellow roots

I love this if it's hot outside pick up at store mine was open and spilled all over in box due to heat on delivery

dont waste $$ on this product! took all the shine out of my hair and made it dull and ashy looking-L'oreal in the large tube is the best for taking brassiness out for blonds
