Tilapia does the body good!
I really like this fish, very light not too fishy. There also different size individually wraped pieces so you can put together a combination that fits your hunger level. The best way I found to cook is to thaw still in the package in a bowl of warm water (approx 10 min), season to taste, put into a "Ziplock Steamer" bag cook for 1 to 1.5 minutes on high in the microwave. Comes out perfectly moist and best of all no clean up!
Great idea for Easter season. Friday Lent, no meat.
taste good.
We use this tilapia for fish tacos and it is excellent ! Good Flavor but not too strong. Love that the fillets are individually packaged so we can use only what we need per meal. Price is great deal too !
We love tilapia at our house. These fillets are individually wrapped, making it easy for even our son to pull them out of the freezer and prepare. Our son, in particular loves to grab a couple fillets to eat for a good nourishing, quick snack.
This item is very quick to prepare for cooking baked fish, great taste and comes in individual packs so you can take out as many as needed and continue to store the rest without going bad.
It is very thin it takes several pieces to make a decent serving.
The fillets are very thin. If you fry them they are like potato chips. Baking them doesn't fair to well either. The taste is nice but i wouldn't purchase this brand again.
This package of Tilapia was not worth the price of almost 8.00 when there was only enough fish for maybe one person the fillets were very small.
