Tile Mate Asset Tracking Device

I've been wanting some Tiles for a few years now, but I always said “maybe later”. Well, I went ahead and got the Slim first and it came in handy immediately when I misplaced my keys which are attached to my wallet! Rang the slim and I found it. I decided to get a 4-pack of Mates and they are so cool! I love how it rings my phone and hooks on my keys. The only drawback is they are thick so it was hard to get on the key ring, but other than that I love them.

Great product. Received first Tile products couple of years ago. Used them to locate misplaced IPhone, keys and wallet. Got one Tile for my keys and a Slim for my wallet. Both were the ones with non-replaceable batteries. The batteries for both Tiles lasted about a year longer than their stated lifespan. Batteries eventually died. Replaced the Tile for my keys with the one where the battery could be replaced and the newer Slim with a longer battery life. Very happy with both Tiles I've already needed them several times to locate the phone, keys AND wallet ... yup! I'm one of those that misplace things a lot.

I have my tile hooked to my earbuds for my MP3 player. The player is small and black and I am forever putting it down somewhere and can't find it. I know if it says "not in range" I must have left it in the car. It has saved me much frustration and wasted time.

The other day I lost my purse between 2 stores 20miles apart. I was in sheer panic as I have a concealed weapon license and carry for a reason. My biggest fear was it was in my purse.. Luckily I was lucky and got my purse back all intact. However at that time I decided to get a Tile immediately. Any possible way to retrieve my purse is invaluable. I already feel more secure knowing it can be located in the future... Peace of mind means a lot... Wish I had it sooner

I haven't needed it since my grandson hid my keys. It took me 4 hours to get them back but if I had a tile on them I would have been able to find them immediately. Glad to know that this won't be an issue in the future. The only problem I had with the order was in that it was misdirected to a nearby state and took a few days extra to get it. But is arrived safe and sound - the packaging is impressive!

I have been using tile for a few years now. I had to constantly replace the tile and my previous time before the newest one I recently purchased was supposed to last and all I had to do was change the battery. I bought a new battery but the tile would not work hence me having to purchase the recent one. Why is this so?

I am traveling full time with my cat in my van. I have used this app 3 or 4 times. Yesterday, interestingly, I could hear the music from the tile coming from under the van. When I walked around the van, my cat had jumped into the van. I think he is starting to associate the music with the fact that he needs to "come home". I love this app. I thought the tile would be too big but he doesn't seem to mind it at all.

I like the design on the original tile. The new tile has a thicker hole for the attachment to the key ring making it harder to put it on. The original tile has a thinner opening that makes it much easier to attach to my key ring. Other than that, it's a handy little device.

I have used my Tile quite frequently and have generally been happy with it. You have to be sure to keep your blue tooth turned on on your phone and make sure that the Tile app is approved for location services all the time (not just for when the app is in use).

Very glitchy product. Finding phone works 2% of the time. I used Tile like 5 years ago and thought Perhaps that the product would be better today. Sadly it is not the case and not much has changed with this product. Later this month or year when APPLE comes out with their own product for locating devices I will definitely switch and say goodbye to tile. I strongly suggest the rest of you do as well if you use an Apple product.
