Tile RE-19004 Mate 2020 Item Tracker (4-Pack) - White/Gray

Awesome to have, whenever I misplaced my keys, just grab my phone and call my tile, and there it goes the music for where my keys are. So easy to use just live it.

I have had a Tile for several years and cannot tell you how many times it has helped my find my keys or phone. I most recently lost my phone at a grocery store and it located it almost immediately. It was stolen from my basket and I was able to track down.

I've been wanting some Tiles for a few years now, but I always said “maybe later”. Well, I went ahead and got the Slim first and it came in handy immediately when I misplaced my keys which are attached to my wallet! Rang the slim and I found it. I decided to get a 4-pack of Mates and they are so cool! I love how it rings my phone and hooks on my keys. The only drawback is they are thick so it was hard to get on the key ring, but other than that I love them.

My grandson bought my first tile mate for me as a Christmas present a year ago. Before a had the tile, I was always looking for my keys or phone. I bought myself a replacement for Christmas this year. I wouldn't want to be without it! I tell people all the time about how awesome it is.

The first TILE we had worked extremely well when our shed key was found in the trash. Recently used it to find car keys, which slipped through a hole in the lining of a golf bag pouch. You should be able to activate the ‘find' function more than once (set off the alert tone). The app never notified me when I was near the golf bag. No sound went off, nor did I receive a notification on the app. We basically had to retrace our steps and then take apart the bag. Would still recommend TILE, though. Five stars if this little glitch gets fixed.

Meh. Bought three for family member keys. One doesn't seem to work right. Even with a support requested reset. The Bluetooth signal must be weak because phones churn and churn trying to find. Maybe the new models are better but I wouldn't buy this again. In fact, if it wasn't a pain, I'd return them.

These are a pretty big disappointment for me. They rarely work when you turn on the chime sound to find them. You always have to have the Tile app open on your phone. If you close the app, they don't work anymore. Just frustrating when you really need them to work and they don't. Waste of money.

The fact i need an app FROM CINA TO USE THESE CHINESE TILE IS ABHORRANT/ horrible. Like i want a door way into my life thru my phone. AND not in description that this app is necessary.

I suppose if I wasn't using it for my pet it would probably be a very good item, but until I was standing right over the tile, it didn't go off. I was hoping more of a signal that would allow you to know if you were coming closer, like week or week or stronger stronger warm cold warm cold something like that.

Tile Family, I am really sad. My husband and I went to Los Angeles for business. It was our first time to be there even it was for a job but we were excited. And as soon as we got out of from Airport someone stole his little bag which has his 2 weeks used Ipad Pro and his wallet. We were shocked. Some point didn't know what to do. But long story short, that memory in our mind came back where we live. And he started to research and found you guys. And very excited we were all over with Tile. Phones, wallets, Macbooks, car keys... I mean he was into it. And after a while, we drove to Miami. JANUARY 2nd. Went one of the museums called "Vizcaya Museum Gardens." It was a beautiful place until I forgot our car key someplace in the garden. Almost we were leaving I realized that, and I remember Los Angeles. But this time was much worst. And that was my car, he took my phone and went to the app. We saw our key was someplace. went there and tried to make it noise. But we heard nothing. So was another shocked. I told him to stay around the car because I didn't want someone to steal our car. I mean, it was a bad story. Nothing work, the place was almost closed. we had to towe our car. we was lucky there was a security man call everyone and research and someone throw our car key at the another parking a lot. We were lucky but if we not. Maybe we didnt know how this work, or maybe we need to get another package. But remembering that moment, he was trying to go to app with all his hopes... but had nothing.
