Tillamook Cream Cheese, 8 oz Brick

Tillamook Cream Cheese is easier on the tummy because it has zero gums or stabilizers (no xanthan, guar, carrageenan, etc.) that most other brands add to thicken it. Those additives often irritate guts and cause bloating. Tillamook is just cultured milk, cream, and salt. It mixes so easily and doesn't leave clumps.

I recently read an article on how cream cheese is made. It did not name brands but explained ingredients. Bottom line is most "cream cheese" isnot traditional cream cheese. Tillamook is and the flavor difference is very noticeable. This is now my go to brand.

This cream cheese is so delicious and creamy has just the right amount of sweetness/cheesy taste. I recommend this for any recipes as far as cheesecake and any kind of casserole.

Strange, I normally do not see this on the page when searching for cream cheese. I ordered another brand and this was a substitute. To be honest, I like this one a LOT.

In a world of ultra processed food is full of gums, thickeners, and weird ingredients that you can't pronounce, it sure is nice too find something natural like this!

Great tasting cottage cheese without additional added ingredients. you can actually make out what everything is on the ingredient list. Superior taste.

Hands down, best cream cheese. I've been in the search for a good cream cheese. Philadelphia's has gotten way too gummy!! I've tried several brands. So glad I tried Tillamook. It's so good!

Produced in the Pacific Northwest. Was making a dip and blended it was an electric hand beater. It blended smoothly without lumps. Dip was a hit!

It has a very mild flavor. Almost like a mild cheddar cheese. I guess I was expecting it to taste a little bit more like Philadelphia cheese but better because Tillamook makes great products. But this is one I won't be getting again. If I expected to taste remotely like Philadelphia cream cheese then I will stick to buying that.
