a bit pricy but well worth it I was at the facility a few years ago, and they run a very tight ship. the facility was very clean and very well organized from what I could see they uphold their standards I would not be afraid to buy their products!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extra Sharp White Cheddar
Tillamook aged this for 2 years. This was a small 8oz block. Tasted great. Melts nicely. Not health food. But not bought for that reason. Would taste good thinly sliced in sandwiches. Also, as well as part of the ingredients in other dishes - burritos etcetera. Eat in moderation and enjoy!

SAY CHEESE, BUT SAY EXTRA SHARP WHITE CHEDDAR
Extra Sharp White Cheddar is YUM. I don't know what makes cheddar cheese 'orange' but who needs another ingredient or more processing? Once you try Extra White Sharp, you'll be hooked! And do get a block in whatever size you like; I learned that cheese in blocks is much better than shredded....you can easily shred it yourself.

You really can't beat Tilamook extra sharp white cheddar if you like extra sharp cheddar. Great salty flavor without being overpowering, and also keeps fresh in the fridge for a long duration.

One of my favorite blocks of cheese. Strong and good flavor. I love to eat it sliced or shredded. Use it for sandwiches or burritos or salads. Good Texture.

Great extra sharp cheese
Cabot white extra sharp cheese has always been my favorite. Walmart no longer carries that brand… at least not in my area. Tillamook is a great substitute for that.

I'm sorry this Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese wasn't tasty at all, I was surprised of the taste not being tasty. I enjoy Cheese , but not this.. Thanks,

Perfect for shredded cheese
This white cheddar was a perfect choice. I shredded the entire block to use in a recipe for pimento cheese. The cheese was smooth and fresh. So much better than buying a bag of pre-shredded cheese. Definitely recommend this flavor and brand.

The Tillamook Extra Sharp White Cheese is our favorite, whether sliced, melted or shredded. Always creamy, fresh with a great sharp cheddar taste.

Aged cheddar
Tillamook is my absolute favorite. That deep, aged taste without being dried out. Grouped with a honey crisp apple and crusty bread - wow!
