Quality ingredients
Compare the ingredients between Tillamook and other brands and you'll see why Tillamook costs a little more. Sometimes the slices are a little larger as well. Quality ingredients and great tasting!!!

My favorite cheese brand. Especially the sliced ones. They are thick flavorful and I love the paper between the slices.

Not for grilled cheewe sandwiches.
I love all tyoes of Tillamook cheese and buy it regularly, however this was the first time buying slices. The taste is ok, but it doesn't melt well. Tried it on a grilled tuna %26 cheese sandwich, and altho it melted, it was thick %26 sticky, not melty %26 gooey. And I always cook my grilled sandwiches until fairly brown...I Iike the crunchiness and not lightly toasted. It was a very weird, rather waxy texture. First time in my long life that I've thrown a grilled cheese sandwich away after one bite. I'll stick with WM cheddar slices. Still love Tillamook blocks tho, med/sharp/extra sharp cheddar, pepper jack, etc. Sorry Tillamook...I enjoyed yoir factory in OR, but not your cheddar slices.
