Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese Loaf, 32 oz (Aged 60 Days)

Bought this as most cheeses bother the stomach. Tillamook actually avoids the GMO chymosin (the "Pfizer enzyme" used in ~90% of other U.S. cheeses) and uses its own non-GMO fermentation-produced rennet. Their cheddars are also aged much longer (Sharp = 9 months, Extra Sharp = 15 months). That extra time lets the live cultures eat up almost all the lactose—the stuff that usually upsets stomachs. Younger or processed cheeses leave more behind.

I buy this stuff about every other month, as it is a lot of cheese, but makes great Mac and Cheese and midnight snacking material. The flavor never disappoints, and is way way better than the K stuff. Consistently good cheese in taste and quality. Grilled cheese ...oh, yeah, it's the stuff we dig out, and push aside the slab stuff.

TiLlamook brand is from cows raised in the Willamette region of Oregon. Quality, taste, and creaminess have ruined me for all other brands. Shredded cheese from other brands is coated with corn starch. Quality dairy cows in Oregon are phenomenal. The flavor and meltable difference is worth the time to shred myself to get the quality that Tillamook delivers.

It's the only cheese my wife will eat. It has a good flavor without being sharp or bitter and buttery texture when it comes to harder cheeses. It has the perfect level of saltiness and compliments a wide variety of foods as well as a stand alone snack. Shredded or sliced it goes with your favorite meal!

When I moved from Oregon to Tennessee I missed the vast selection of fresh seafood and my Tillamook cheese. This is my favorite cheddar cheese and I think the price is comparable to equal amount of packaged cheese. I split it into 4 servings and seal them. Tastes just as fresh as when first sealed. To get the best taste, let the cheese warm up a bit to room temp!

I haven't purchased this, which is my families. Favorite cheese from Walmart yet because the price is a bit high. I can get it for less at Winco, so that's what I do. But I am enjoying the home delivery and my ability to shop from my chair. I'm having a few health issues right now, so this is very convenient for me. Thank you.

if you want a love life better go on out and buy some cheddar. this is not an endorsement saying that cheddar will actually improve your love life but, if there is a cheddar that could do so I would say that Tillamook is probably one of the few. it's delicious it's fairly inexpensive, it's made in the USA.

Ive always loved Tillamook cheeses but something has changed. The taste is disgusting now. I thought it was a fluke when I got a big block and it was wet and had an awful taste. My cat begs for cheese and she won't even eat it. I threw it out, $13 down the drain and got another smaller package. Its nasty as well and my pets won't touch it. Whatever they have done has lost them a customer. I will not purchase any Tillamook product again.

almost $15 for a block of cheese is pretty intense along with everything else that I'm being charged for that I haven't gotten that is not worth the money I'm really hurt by this I'm on disability so having money taken for things that I didn't get really upset me I feel so betrayed basically I'm writing this to add to the item that I'm being charged $70 for that I didn't get and the $125 that I've been charged that there's absolutely no receipt anywhere in store out of store online nothing but no refund for either I was supposed to get 300 potty pads first $70.65 with tax and they sent me 50 and a tiny little box and after years of purchasing this from the actual company listed on my item list and always getting the correct item now it was shipped and sold by Walmart and I got ripped off and their neglecting to do anything about it because there's a picture of it stating it was delivered when it clearly has not been delivered 50 party pads does not cost almost $100 I want my money back but who gives a hoott I'm only been 100% loyal customer for how long since you did deliveries I'm really really ashamed of you right now and I'm just going to keep doing this until I get my money back please
