Tillamook medium cheddar cheese sticks
So good for a quite bite, and delish along with some regular Wheat Thins, bite per bite, lovely. A great source of calcium, and protein if you don't have too much. It can be binding. So be sure to enjoy fiber too! A bit costly, but flavor far better than the store brands I found.

Cheesie Goodness
We used to buy the generic but it's just not the same. Now I watch for it when it's on sale and try to always have it on hand. It's a simple treat with protein that won't make you feel bad when you grab it as a snack.

Forever, I've bought mozzarella cheese sticks because I read somewhere that they're better for you. But actually, they're not if you look at the label on the back. And these have a taste.

Hard to come by a good cheese for on-the-go. This one's the best. Great flavor and it is real cheese of high quality.
