Cut, creamy, mild. Better than most mozzarellas.
So I love Tillamook period. This is my first time trying their single flavor cheese. I made a pizza with it which came out perfect. I attribute it to the farm style cut which is flatter and wider than most shredded cheeses. The melt was perfect and stayed on the pizza which I appreciated immensely. The taste was mild and creamy. It was perfect to go with pepperoni and mushrooms. I highly recommend this product.

I have been a Kraft girl my entire life, however, this Tillamook brand has some amazing products! The mozzarella will be my new go to! I will definitely try the other flavors!

Healthiest cheese ever
Finally found the lowest cholesterol and sodium, with all the taste and properties of higher fat cheeses. This does it! And really enjoy the larger shred for salads. I live alone, and can't always use up a bag quickly enough. These larger shreds freezes better, too, and don't dry out.

My favorite cheese
This is my favorite cheese! I love the thick cut because it gives so much texture to my salads!It is also great to eat by itself and still melts easily onto toast. The packaging stays sealed so it lasts awhile without the water droplets condensed inside.

No flavor
I bought this cheese because tillamook is usually a good brand of cheese but this did not melt, no taste, it was just a bland cheese. I know there is better cheese out there but I in a pinch I thought this would been good. Next time I will just buy a block and shred myself

This cheese doesn't melt correctly and as it cools it becomes rubbery. I couldn't chew it %26 it was like it was sealant foam.
